RSCEI was founded in 24 December 2009 by a young entrepreneur Mr. Karmendra Singh. The institute initially started with computer education, also took number of website designing, English speaking Projects and Trainings.

Since past years our organization is successfully conducting various training Richard Mille Replica programs. R.S. Educational Society has been registered under the Society & Public Trust Act 21,1860,(Reg. No.164) from Govt. of U.P. working in different fields like Computer Training, Hardware maintenence & Networking Training and I.T. Services conducted by the Private Organisation, State Government to approach every class of the society.

The main function of the society is to provide higher and qualitative Technical and Professional Education in nominal charges for every group of society of Urban & Rural areas all over India Specially to Girls, backwards, Physically Challenged and poor people. So they can come in main stream of today's world through computer revolution which is the main dream of Indian Govt.

RSCEI is a non commercial organization engaged in the work of social welfare. Started with a mission to provide better health service and spread literacy to all class of people. Since formation the origination is oath to be continuously engaged in the welfare of the neglected class of people especially the children.

RSCEI providing almost free education to the physically handicapped students and a very nominal charge to other students .It has its students and at a very nominal charges to other students from the urban to rural areas with their own unique opportunities and advantage areas with their own unique opportunities and advantage to its authorized training as to develop fast strongly integrate itself.
